ASHLEY R.  GEARY, ESQ.

Ashley R. Geary concentrates her practice in corporate governance, physician contracting and regulatory compliance matters.  She specializes in assisting practices in developing their corporate governance documents; negotiating and advising on physician ownership arrangements; reviewing and negotiating vendor and employment contracts; negotiating third-party payor contracts and responding to payor audits; resolving payor credentialing issues; advising on the business implications of federal and state fraud and abuse laws such as the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Stark Law; and preparing HIPAA compliance manuals and responding to HIPAA violations and breaches.  She is also a member of Wade, Goldstein’s HIPAA Compliance Committee.

Ms. Geary graduated cum laude from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law with an honors distinction for her health law concentration.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Delaware. 

Ms. Geary is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
