Ashley R. Geary concentrates her practice in corporate governance, physician contracting and regulatory compliance matters.  She specializes in assisting practices in developing their corporate governance documents; negotiating and advising on physician ownership arrangements and physician practice sales and acquisitions; reviewing and negotiating vendor and employment contracts; negotiating third-party payor contracts and responding to payor audits; resolving payor credentialing issues; advising on the business implications of federal and state fraud and abuse laws such as the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Stark Law; and advising on HIPAA compliance and responding to HIPAA violations and breaches.
