Nick R. Masino is a healthcare transactional attorney who represents physicians, medical practices, ambulatory surgery centers, and healthcare entrepreneurs in complex business and corporate matters. His practice focuses on physician employment agreements, partnership buy-ins and buy-outs, medical practice sales and acquisitions, MSO structures, and practice formation and restructuring.
