Megan E. Gehret concentrates her practice on the representation of health care providers and their practices in transactional matters, including employment negotiations, partnership buy-ins, sales and acquisitions of medical practices, business formation, corporate governance documentation, and regulatory research.

Ms. Gehret graduated cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland with a major in Economics and a minor in Law and Society.
