Megan Gehret concentrates her practice on the representation of medical professionals and their practices in complex business transactions, including employment negotiations, partnership buy-ins and buy-outs, succession planning, sales and acquisitions of medical practices, and private equity transactions. She also advises clients across the healthcare industry on strategic matters including business formation, corporate governance, and regulatory research.

 

In addition to healthcare transactions, Attorney Gehret counsels clients on the business and operational aspects of running a medical practice, including employee matters, development of internal policies and procedures, and regulatory compliance. She works closely with practice management to provide practical guidance that supports efficient operations, reduces risk, and allows practices to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
