Dana Conner concentrates her practice on the representation of health care providers and other business organizations in transactional matters, including employment negotiations, co-ownership arrangements, acquisitions and sales of medical practices, and all other areas of business, corporate and partnership law. She has extensive experience in regulatory matters, including advising clients in the structuring of their business transactions and relationships in compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law and related state fraud and abuse laws.
