JILL S. GARABEDIAN, ESQ.
Jill S. Garabedian concentrates her practice on representing health care providers and their practices in transactional matters, including employment negotiations, sales and acquisitions of medical practices, HIPAA privacy and security compliance and other regulatory issues. Her experience includes assisting health care employers with employment matters and preparing and implementing effective employment policies. Ms. Garabedian also has experience in estate planning and trust and estate administration and is a member of Wade, Goldstein’s HIPAA Compliance Committee.
Ms. Garabedian also serves as an adjunct faculty member at the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law teaching bar exam skill courses and programs.
Ms. Garabedian graduated cum laude from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of Delaware. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
