Jill S. Garabedian concentrates her practice on representing health care providers and their practices in transactional matters, including employment negotiations, sales and acquisitions of medical practices, HIPAA privacy and security compliance and other regulatory issues. Her experience includes assisting health care employers with employment matters and preparing and implementing effective employment policies. Ms. Garabedian also has experience in estate planning and trust and estate administration. She is also a member of Wade, Goldstein’s HIPAA Compliance Committee.
In addition to her work as an associate at Wade, Goldstein, Ms. Garabedian serves as an adjunct faculty member at the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law teaching Writing Strategies for the Bar Exam to third year law students. Ms. Garabedian graduated cum laude from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of Delaware. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Professional Associations:
Ms. Garabedian has been a volunteer for Girls on the Run of Montgomery and Delaware Counties since 2011, serving as their 5k Committee chair in 2014 and 2015. She lives in Conshohocken, PA with her husband, son and daughter. |
