DANA L. HOLTZ

Ms. Holtz concentrates her practice in physician contracting matters, including employment negotiations, mergers, acquisitions and sales of medical practices, as well as commercial leases and all areas of business, corporate and partnership law. Ms. Holtz graduated with distinction from George Mason University School of Law and earned her Masters of Science degree in Comparative Government from the London School of Economics. While Attending law school, Ms. Holtz worked for the Associate Chief Administrative Law Judge of the Department of Labor, analyzing complex legal issues related to entitlements to benefits under the Black Lung Benefits Act. Also while attending law school, Ms. Holtz worked for a tax and estate planning law firm, devoting most of her time to corporate tax litigation issues.
