Caroline J. Patterson concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate, business, employment and health care law. Her diverse practice areas include sales and acquisitions for businesses and medical practices, negotiating and drafting partner compensation arrangements, HIPAA privacy and security compliance, employment matters, private equity investments and secured financing arrangements. Ms. Patterson has extensive experience acting as corporate counsel for partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies and non-profit corporations and has represented large to mid-sized companies in mergers and corporate acquisitions. Ms. Patterson also has experience in estate planning and estate and trust administration.
Ms. Patterson received her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Cabrini College. She earned her law degree, cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law, where she was a Contributing and then Managing Editor of the Villanova Law Review. Ms. Patterson is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Ms. Patterson has served as an Advisory Board Member for the Augustinian Volunteers, an organization that places and supervises volunteers serving in various national and international churches and schools. She is also an avid supporter of Operation Ward 57, Semper Fi and any other organization that advocates for the needs of wounded veterans and their families. She lives in Collegeville, PA with her husband and two daughters.
